We are now looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Specialist on a 9 month fixed term contract to act as an SME within our Resourcing team who will drive day to day activities externally and internally attracting the very best talent for Harrods.
Reporting to the Resource Manager and managing one Talent Attraction Co-ordinator you will work across our different departments, utilising all available resources, channels and technology to ensure that we are always engaging with and communicating with talent pools.

About the Role
Acting as the SME within this space, you will be responsible for designing recruitment marketing and attraction campaigns and activities to support all functions across Harrods in line with the Talent Attraction strategy i.e., programmatics, social media, job boards and physical career events.
The role also includes -
- Working with our external suppliers collaboratively and effectively
- Updating our careers site appropriately and ensuring is considered best in class; always evolving, informative and engaging for candidates and high performing for recruiters
- Working with the Talent Attraction Co-ordinator to ensure that we’re promoting relevant roles internally to support the Harrods referral scheme and internal mobility
- Sharing data and providing insight from initiatives, campaigns and team activity
- Ensuring all copy (job adverts, internal communication, campaign messaging) is engaging, accurate and on brand
- Collaborating with Colleague Experience to ensure the evolution of our content/asset library, social media strategy, alumni community, and employer branding efforts are supporting the resourcing priorities to engage passive audiences as well as active candidates
- Supports and encourages attendance to external events providing physical assets, candidate data collection tools and anything else required
- Identifying opportunities and trends within the industry
About You
- You will have a background in Talent Attraction and ideally Talent Acquisition, understanding the principles of attracting active and passive talent and understanding how you communicate with audiences, across a range of channels and platforms within a multi-functional organisation working across teams such as Colleague Experience, Internal Communications and Creative teams.
- You’ll be highly organised, can juggle multiple priorities and comfortable working reactively as well as pro-actively flexing to the needs of the business as required.
- Comfortable understanding recruitment marketing data and you’re able to translate this to a team making recommendations and suggestions.
- Ideally you’ll have experience in editing careers websites, using designing tools such as Canva in line with employer brand guidelines and you have a strong grasp of the English language having experience of copywriting for external and internal initiatives.
- You have a grasp of the candidate lifecycle and appropriate candidate standards and have had involvement in driving these standards.
- Experience with digital content creation would be beneficial but not essential.
- You’ll have experience of line management.
