Our Store Development team are now looking for a Team Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our leadership and project management team and help keep one of Harrods' most dynamic business areas running smoothly.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and project managers, managing priorities, coordinating key activities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the Store Development function. Working at the heart of the team, you'll build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and play an important role in supporting projects that help shape the future of Harrods.

About the Role

In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director of Store Development and the wider leadership and project team. Reporting to the Director of Store Development, you will act as a central coordination point, ensuring diaries, meetings, communications, financial administration, and team activities are managed efficiently and professionally.

You will be responsible for managing complex and ever-changing diaries, coordinating meetings and leadership forums, preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials, and supporting the smooth delivery of department activities. You'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensuring effective communication across a diverse network of contacts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries and priorities for senior leaders and MEP project managers, anticipating needs and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinating meetings end-to-end, including agendas, room bookings, travel arrangements, catering, and meeting materials.
  • Producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, meeting packs, minutes, and action logs.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Supporting project and team administration, including the coordination of updates, events, onboarding activities, and collaboration platforms.
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders, processing invoices and expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Building strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, local authorities, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Providing proactive support to ensure the effective operation of a busy and fast-paced Store Development function.

About You

You will be a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders. Comfortable working independently, you'll be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You'll be confident building relationships at all levels and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also be naturally resourceful, anticipating requirements before they arise and taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

We would particularly like to hear from candidates who have:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and project teams in a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience managing complex diaries, competing priorities, and rapidly changing schedules.
  • Experience within a construction, development, property, or project-led environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience producing presentations, reports, meeting packs, and other high-quality business documentation.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work with discretion and handle confidential information appropriately.
  • A proactive approach and confidence working independently with minimal supervision.
