We are currently looking for Waiters/Waitresses to join our prestigious team and elevate their career within the heart of luxury, where every moment is an opportunity to provide unparalleled service within fast pace environments.
 
About the Role 
 
You’ll work as part of the Restaurant Team, setting the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Restaurants family. Waiters and Waitresses across Harrods are flexible to our customers’ needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible. In this role, you’ll be assisting the Management team in running the restaurant effectively, maintaining high service standards and maximising sales whilst exceeding customer expectations. 
 
About You
 
You’ll be a trusted team player who has a strong track record of hospitality experience, ideally with time spent working in a high end bar or restaurant environment. Having great knowledge and a passion for food and drink, you’ll have the ability to perform duties effectively and at the highest standards with minimum supervision and guidance.
 
You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and good attention to detail. By being cool, calm and collected, you’ll be able to manage all kinds of situations and think on your feet.
