Waiting Staff

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our waiting staff, we drive ourselves and inspire others to always push for more and to create moments of magic for our customers.

You will be joining a passionate, supportive, and award-winning dining team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store. 

About The Role

Our Front of House teams set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Restaurants family. Our waiting staff across Harrods are flexible to our customers’ needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.

About You

It’s likely you’ve waited in a premium restaurant, but it isn’t essential. More specifically: 

• You’re passionate about food and keen to build a catering career
• You’re cool, calm, collected – and able to think on your feet
• You’re reliable and work well in a team – pitching in without being asked
• You appreciate that the little details create lasting impressions

In joining the Harrods Team, you will receive:

•  Hourly salary of up to £16.50 per hour (This is made up of generous base salary plus service charge*)
•  Set contracted hours with minimal late finishes 
• Overtime paid at time & half
