Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Distribution Centre in Thatcham. Our Warehouse Operatives play an integral role in the delivery of a day to day operations for our distribution centre, we work together, and we win together in bringing moments of magic to our customers.

This position works fixed late shift 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on weekends.

About the role

As a Warehouse Operative you will work as part of the warehouse team in ensuring that all daily tasks in our Thatcham warehouse are completed efficiently and accurately. This includes the accurate checking of deliveries, the efficient processing of warehouse picks and the effective replenishment of the warehouse. You will provide support for the management team and to colleagues in providing the required service standards.

About You

You will be ensuring the housekeeping standards are maintained within the warehouse environment; you must be meticulous in your approach with a very keen eye for detail. As you will be using online systems in your day to day with the verifying process, you will need to be computer literate. Having background in using SAP systems would be advantageous. You should be able to work flexible hours and days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role.  Numerical, literacy and communication skills are essential.
