Accurate and process driven that strives being part of a team. As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator you will need to have strong communication skills and pride yourself on your organisation. As an ambassador for the team you’ll need experience of a customer facing role, capable of ensuring every task is delivered on time with precision and care. You’ll need to be IT literate, with experience using Microsoft suite and eager to learn about the Health and well-being operation here at Harrods. To thrive within the role you’ll need to have enthusiasm, passion and drive to deliver your best every day.

What to Expect

In this role you will assist with planning, communicating and evaluating health promotion products. You will have face to face, telephone and email interaction with the customers daily and will also be responsible for delivering surveys as well as collecting data and feedback using survey collection tools we have available. You will liaise with internal and external contacts, always delivering the premium Harrods customer service experience.  You will be responsible for ensuring all employee and customer information is kept securing stored under the Data Protection Act and is handled with strict confidence.
