Hi, I’m Jenna and I’m the Head of Resourcing at Harrods. I’m what you call a “boomerang” hire at Harrods. I started my career in Recruitment over 12 years ago where I joined Harrods as a junior member of the resourcing team. I spent seven years learning about recruitment and Harrods, taking on lots of roles within the team to get a good understanding of how the operation works. After seven 7 years, I decided it was time to leave the bright lights of London and relocated with my family to Bristol, where I still live with my husband and two children. After three years away from Harrods, I was offered to re-join as the Head of Resourcing and have enjoyed every moment of being back in the green palace. ​

I work closely with my team to bring in the best talent to be a part of our Harrods Story.  Within Resourcing we have the privilege of bringing in wonderful people from all of walks of life to come and make anything possible at Harrods. ​When I’m not at work you will find me spending time with my family, this is usually at the side of a football or rugby pitch cheering on my two young boys. I also love to cook for my family and friends and have an unhealthy obsession with recipe books! ​
