Last year marked a significant milestone for apprenticeships at Harrods with a record number of learners joining the program and the implementation of new standards. This year, we celebrated this achievement by hosting our first ever Apprenticeship Graduation event to honour the remarkable accomplishments of our colleagues who recently completed their apprenticeships.
Apprentices from various departments, including Retail, Restaurants & Kitchens, IT, Buying and Merchandising, and Supply Chain, came together for this memorable occasion. When asked about their highlights, our guests expressed their delight in every aspect of the event – from the speeches, donning the cap and gown, capturing moments in photographs, to receiving awards and goodie bags, it was an evening to remember.
