Accounts Payable Assistant

About You

You will be highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail. You will have some previous experience within a fast paced Accounts Payable department and will understand the deadlines associated with a busy AP team.  You will have knowledge of SAP and a good planning and organisation skills. You will go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service internally and externally.

What to Expect

Within this role you will be dealing with invoice matching, reconciliations, payments and accounts receivable to ensure that all suppliers are paid within the agreed payment terms.

You will manually match invoices that have not auto matched due to cost price differences and you will resolve any queries.

Constantly dealing with suppliers, you will liaise with buying departments in order to clear invoice debit queries in a prompt manner.

You will also be responsible for manual invoices, batching, scanning and processing documents, preparing import documents, monitoring missing PO’s and providing daily forensic (FISCAL) reports for the team.
