Administrator

Our Thatcham based Warehouse Administration team are looking for an Administrator to support across the distribution function. The Warehouse Administration team is a vital part of the Harrods success story, our warehouse is at the heart of our international distribution service and a key cog in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

This role works a fixed shift pattern of 11am-7pm, 5 days over 7, including weekend work and is paid at £12.91 per hour.

About the Role 

This role plays a key part in the smooth running of the Warehousing function. You will be part of a team driving the efficient and smooth onward flow of goods through the supply chain whilst also working on complex system queries, performing physical stock inspections, generating reports and investigating discrepancies. 

In this role you will be responsible for:
•    Investigating Delivery Error Forms.
•    Overlooking and actioning open deliveries.
•    Assisting the buying office with internal and external queries.
•    Ensuring all RTV [Return to Vendor] stock is correctly processed and investigating subsequent queries. 
•    Running and monitoring system reports and taking appropriate action, where necessary. 
•    Assisting in ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements. 

About You 

You will be committed to our high standard service and have strong customer focus. You must be meticulous and proactive in your approach with a very keen eye for detail. You will be using online systems in your day to day with the verifying process. You will have excellent time management as well as the ability and willingness to multi-task. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.  

You’ll also have:
•    Experience of working flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role.
•    Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the changing demands of the role.
•    Strong numerical, literacy and communication skills.
•    Good PC literacy, including SAP and Microsoft Office programmes, e.g Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
