About You

You are someone who likes to build long-lasting relationships with clients, experienced in luxury retail, fine watches or jewellery, you are proactive and thorough; you take your time to make sure that the details are just right and are very solution focused. Proud of what you do but never too busy to assist your colleagues.

This is a fixed term contract until March 2020 and must be available immediately.

What to Expect

We are looking for a polished, forward thinking professional who can handle a busy environment whilst ensuring you are giving quality service to all clients. Our Aftercare sales teams will deal with everything repairs, commission and enquires that come through the door – knowledge of repairs would be beneficial. You must be a part of the welcoming environment where every client gets an acknowledgment and approach. We have a strong team which is shown through the relationships they build with all their customers.

What is important?

A proactive communicator who needs to anticipate customer needs whilst communicating extensively with every member of the team to make sure that the client’s needs are met.
