Assistant Manager - Apothecary

Are you a brilliant Beauty manager?

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Beauty team, managing some the worlds leading beauty brands.

Supporting the Sales Manager, you will ensure the consistent delivery of the retail, client and employee engagement strategy, achieving business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

Inspiring team members  to deliver exceptional sales and service, you will display excellent leadership skills, identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. The ability to influence and build relationships is essential here, as you may be working closely with Concession Managers to drive encourage and drive their teams performance.

With your excellent communication skills, you will provide merchandise feedback to support functions such as Buying, Distribution, Visual Merchandising and HR, whilst your dedication to the customer will deliver the highest standards of service at all times.

To be successful, you will have thrived in a similar role. You must also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
