You have a genuine passion for going that extra mile, not just with customers, but with your team by training, mentoring and supporting them in their career development. 

What to Expect?
We have a large team across many airport terminals. The Sales Associates all work the same shift pattern of two early shifts, two late shifts and then two days off between the hours of 5am to 10pm. That’s 38 hours a week across 365 days of the week (irrespective of bank holidays). As an Assistant Manager, you'd be required to work a mixture of early, mid and late shifts including some weekends. You will be required to work 37.5 hours a week. You will be supporting the Sales Manager in managing and leading a team of sales associates ensuring they are kept motivated and driven in their roles.

There is always room to grow within the team amongst all the terminals. So many of our team members have been with us for years and to this day, they will say that they continue to learn and grow at our Harrods Airport boutiques.
