Assistant Manager - Luxury Accessories Concessions

You have great communication skills and a strong ability to influence others. You will thrive in a fast-paced area and are comfortable communicating with your peers, concessions partners and senior managers alike.

What to expect

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Luxury Accessories department, looking after our concessions. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will coach and help our concessions brands to deliver the Harrods customer service experience and achieve their sales targets. Meanwhile, you’ll keep a close eye on our competitors and constantly assess how we can improve our processes. You will keep yourself up to date with new and existing products sold by our concessions to ensure the offering is in line with our customers' expectations.
