We are supporting Sweaty Betty in their search for an Assistant Manager.  Fusing fashionable shapes and statement prints with technical fabrics and design innovation, Sweaty Betty active wear is created to enhance style and performance.

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers the exceptional customer experience for which Sweaty Betty are renowned. You will need to inspire your team to meet and exceed sales and productivity targets, constantly identifying training opportunities in order to secure long term success.

With your excellent communication skills and an engaging personal manner, you will effectively liaise and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Using your initiative, you will continually identify and nurture talent, actively encouraging career development and employee satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be commercial and in love with the Sweaty Betty brand.  An experienced People Manager and a natural role model with a passion for fitness and a flare for fashion. You will need to  be shop floor focused, interacting with customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise in sport. Most importantly, you will need to embody the Sweaty Betty values in everything you do.
