We are on the look out for an organised and inspirational Assistant Restaurant Manager for our wonderful Harrods Tea Room.

Located on the 4th floor, The Harrods Tea Room offers a luxury dining experience for all our customers. 

As an Assistant Manager, you will help keep the restaurant running smoothly and our in line with our service standards upheld.

Having greeted each customer warmly and attentively, you will make sure they are offered the very highest level of customer service by your team. You will deal with any issues quickly and decisively, while remaining constantly on the lookout for ways we can improve.

At all times you will lead by example, remaining level-headed and positive under pressure, and regularly providing direction and feedback to the rest of your team.

Thanks to your comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant menu, you will be able to advise customers and your team about each and every dish.

The successful candidate will have prior management experience in a high-volume or high-end restaurant as well as prior restaurant management experience.
