Associate HR Business Partner

Our HR business partner team is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.  This role would be to start soon to support some very exciting cyclical activity and unique projects. 

About the Role

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will flourish in a centres of excellence model of SMEs who will take the reins on key projects, whilst you focus on cyclical activity to get the best result for the business – strategically & commercially.  You will be trusted and relied upon to drive people initiatives and positive change, working closely with leaders across these key business units, which are instrumental in making Harrods, Harrods.

You will have full accountability and responsibility for advising and supporting the areas you partner, whilst having support from the wider HRBP team, with the aim of driving continued growth and development.  You will use your knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and commercial awareness, and possess a flexible and empathetic approach to our most important assets – our colleagues.   

About You

You will ideally already be at Associate HR Business Partner, Junior HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor level, able to demonstrate your HR and employment law knowledge and with evidence on leading on cyclical activity.  You will come from a fast-paced, ideally large commercial business background, and ideally you will be CIPD qualified or on your way to becoming so. We would like to see demonstrable experience of partnering senior stakeholders in complex situations.    

You will be an innovative HR professional interested in industry trends, you will be data-focused, collaborative in your approach and passionate about delivering a great HR support to the areas you partner.
