Hello! I'm Fliss, and I love what I do. As recruiters, we have a key part to play in the success of others' careers; our partnership with candidates and hiring managers can create fruitful, long-term relationships, ultimately making the individual, and the business, happy.    

I’m thrilled to be working at Harrods and partnering with the teams across Store Operations, Store Services, Store Development and Digital, Customer and Strategy; I’m able to get to know how this incredible business works from the inside out! Filled with hugely talented people, I was drawn here because of the clear warmth, care and commitment which Harrods exudes for employees.  Harrods takes huge pride in making people feel part of something special – anything is possible! 

I have a wonderful 3-year-old and I want to provide a strong role model for her as she grows up, which is really where my passion for equity, diversity and inclusion comes from.  I want to use this passion to play my part in making Harrods an accessible place to work for all.  To educate myself, I spend time delving into non-fiction on the subject and learn through comedy with The Guilty Feminist podcast.  I love a crime drama binge (Slow Horses, Line of Duty…), going for walks in the woods with my family and being engrossed in the magic of the big screen.
