Baker Chef De Partie

We are currently recruiting a motivating, professional, and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Bakery Production Kitchen! This role requires someone who is extremely positive and passionate.

You will ensure the smooth running of operations, including monitoring stock, maintaining daily production level and food safety standards. You will have extensive experience within artisanal baking which include sourdough, viennoiserie, as well as the appropriate catering qualification. You must enjoy a dynamic and often demanding working atmosphere.

The Bakery Production Kitchen is made up of three sections, produces up to 3000covers a day with a team of 45 people.

The ideal Chef de Partie would have experience working in a fast paced operation, as well as the following:

• Hands-on approach
• Have an eye for details
• Have excellent manuel skills
• High volume experience is a bonus
• A positive attitude
• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, knowing what ‘good’ looks like
