We’re looking for Baristas to join the team at Roast and Bake. You will be integral in our mission to bring moments of delight to our customers by delivering exceptional customer service. 

You will be fully flexible working 39 hours per week (including weekends) and ideally have hospitality or retail experience. Most of all, you will have bags of energy, personality and willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities:

• Greet, serve and engage customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Maintain the highest levels of standards for all product preparation including drinks, coffees and food.
• Expert knowledge of coffees of the world, roasting, grinding, brewing and its origins
• To promote coffee consumption by educating the customer
• To prepare and serve variety of coffee drinks, alongside food products by maintaining high quality and service standards set by the company
• To maximise sales by exceeding customer expectations and experience
