Beauty Concierge

We are currently looking for a Beauty Concierge for our H beauty Bristol.

The Beauty Concierge is driven by a passion for delivering world-class service, expert knowledge, and a love of educating clients to help them discover personalised products and treatments. You will guide clients effortlessly through H beauty, introducing them to the latest innovations products and services tailored perfectly to their individual needs and concerns.

H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with a champagne bar, blow dry bar, interactive play tables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

About The Role

H beauty Bristol is a world-class, immersive environment showcasing prestigious brands, and cult-favourite products and treatments many exclusive to Harrods. As a Beauty Concierge, you will be the trusted guardian of knowledge in this dynamic space, expertly informed on everything from exclusive launches and events to results-driven formulations and hero ingredients.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement the Beauty Concierge team’s customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Become a subject matter expert in skincare, drawing on your experience and ongoing brand training.
• Share your insights with the wider H beauty team, maximising skincare sales through well-informed and personalised recommendations.
• Plan your own diary and appointments to support consultations, customer orders, and events.
• Leverage social media to showcase our exceptional offering within H beauty.
• Create moments of magic by going above and beyond the customer’s expectations.
