Beauty Concierge - Skincare

We are currently looking for a Beauty Concierge specialising in Skincare to join our Beauty Halls in Harrods Knightsbridge.

The Beauty Concierge is driven by a passion for delivering world-class service, expert skincare knowledge, and a love of educating clients to help them discover personalised skincare products and treatments. You will guide clients effortlessly through the Beauty Halls, introducing them to the latest innovations in skincare, tailored perfectly to their individual needs and concerns.

About The Role

The Beauty Halls at Harrods are world-class, immersive environments showcasing prestigious skincare brands, and cult-favourite products and treatments many exclusive to Harrods. As a Beauty Concierge, you will be the trusted guardian of skincare knowledge in this dynamic space, expertly informed on everything from exclusive launches and events to results-driven formulations and hero ingredients.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement the Beauty Concierge team’s customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a strong focus on skincare services.
• Become a subject matter expert in skincare, drawing on your experience and ongoing brand training.
• Share your insights with the wider Harrods Beauty Halls team, maximising skincare sales through well-informed and personalised recommendations.
• Plan your own diary and appointments to support skincare consultations, customer orders, and brand-specific enquiries.
• Leverage social media to showcase our exceptional skincare offering within the Beauty Department.
• Provide world class Facials and skincare treatments in our treatment room.
• Create moments of magic by going above and beyond the customer’s expectations.

• We ask that you either have a Beauty Therapist Level 2 and above qualification or a professional Facialist qualification for this role.
