Beauty Therapist – Part Time – H Beauty Lakeside

By providing an excellent customer service and identifying customer needs, you’ll skillfully provide skincare consultations, facial guidelines and selling beauty products to all clients entering the store. With an enthusiastic and easy-going attitude, you’ll promote new launches and key events by ensuring the highest standards are met. You’ll guarantee accuracy and compliance of customer records and build a good client base to achieve KPI’s.

In this role, you’ll ensure that the brand’s image is maximized in store by ensuring all displays are strictly in accordance with company visual merchandising guidelines. You’ll make certain the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence. You’ll build a good relationship with your Account Manager to ensure you are fully informed about new business initiatives and review daily goals. As a Beauty Therapist, you’ll represent company image through personal appearance, interpersonal skills and style by ensuring you comply to the uniform and grooming standards.
