Brand Specialist - Caviar

We’re currently looking for a part-time Caviar Brand Specialist to join our bustling Food Halls team for two days per week. Working on our Fish counter as part of a wider team, the Caviar Brand Specialist will be a caviar product expert, able to engage and delight Harrods’ customers through their knowledge and training.

About the Role

The Caviar Brand Specialist put customers at the heart of everything they do, building deep customer relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge. They build relationships across our Retail areas to help build a credible client portfolio, whilst ensuring they deliver exceptional sales and product training to the Food Halls’ Sales Associates.

The Caviar Brand Specialist’s “sales through service” approach naturally leads to achievement of revenue targets as well as repeat customer visits. They deliver and lead tastings for our clients as well as hosting caviar tasting events, demonstrating what exceptional luxury experience looks like. 

This role is fully on site, working 2 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

With a strong passion to work with food, along with proven experience working in Food Retail or Hospitality, you will also have best-in-class experience in providing a memorable service to our customers.

You will also: 

• Have a passion for fine food (prior caviar knowledge is a bonus but not essential).
• Be dedicated and disciplined in your work.
• Have strong communication skills, and great attention to detail.
• Be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
• Be self-motivated, with a naturally curious disposition, you will be keen to develop your product and industry knowledge.
