About the Role

You’ll be responsible for providing a first-class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across a range of Jewellery brands, and building loyal customer relationships.

You will be responsible for:

•              Welcome customers with a warm and engaging demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they step into the department.

•              Assist clients in discovering the finest selection of jewellery pieces, understanding their preferences, and offering expert guidance to find the ideal match for their desires.

•              Share your passion for the artistry and unique stories behind each stunning piece, creating an unforgettable shopping experience for every visitor.

•              Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through attentive follow-ups and personalized recommendations.

About You

As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to showcase your exceptional talents and lead the way in building trusting relationships with our clients.

You will also have:

•              Previous experience in high-end retail or fine jewellery sales is preferred, but not mandatory - your passion and commitment to excellence matter most.

•              An innate ability to connect with people, building rapport effortlessly and understanding their individual needs.

•              A deep appreciation for the intricacies of fine jewellery and the desire to share that appreciation with others.

•              Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to convey the beauty and value of our exquisite pieces effectively.

•              A positive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations, delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.
