Brand Specialist

About the Role 

You’ll be responsible for providing a first-class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across a range of Jewellery brands, and building loyal customer relationships. 

You will have experience working with fine jewellery and a wide range of product knowledge. You will also be working across a wide range of brands in the department alongside a passionate team.

About You  

We are looking for a passionate Brand Specialist to lead the way in building trusting relationships with our clients. 

You will also have:  

• A strong background working with Jewellery.  

• The ability to maintain strong relationships with Harrods clients. 

• Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly. 

• Resilience, and adaptability towards your customers, team and environment believing that anything is possible. 

• A collaborative in nature, thriving as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike. 

• A genuine interest and passion for fine jewellery.
