Business Manager - H Beauty Milton Keynes

Our second H beauty store is very soon to be launching in Milton Keynes, bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market. This exciting new H Beauty concept is all about bringing customer experience to life, allowing them to creatively engage with and learn more about the beauty products they are purchasing, while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment. In this role you will manage a team as the Business Manager of one of our luxurious brands in H Beauty.

About you

You’ll have previous experience as manager in luxury beauty and you will be accustomed to analising and maximising performance as well as achieving targets agreed with the Sales Manager.

You’ll be able to accomplish an effective business plan while recruiting new customers to the brand via beaty rooms and on/off counter events.
