About You

You have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about Menswear. Hardworking, self-motivated and conscientious, you use your excellent organisation skills to support your colleagues. You will pride yourself on your approach to building trusted relationships and be able to manage queries from both vendors and internal stakeholders. Meticulous in your approach, you always have the highest of standards in mind. Creative and fashion focused but with a commercial mind-set, you will have proven experience in a buying admin role.

What to Expect

Supporting the Buyer and Assistant Buyer, you will provide vital administrative support. On a daily basis you will be placing orders, performing sales preparations and mark downs as well as assisting with stock takes in order to maximise sales. We use Excel and SAP everyday so prior experience of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables would be advantageous. We are a small team of 6 but are responsible for over 50% of the menswear and sports division - what we do makes a big impact on the wider business!

Men’s International Designer at Harrods is one of the most exciting areas of the business; we work with some of the world’s biggest brands including Givenchy, Off White, Rick Owens, Thom Browne, Givenchy and Tom Ford. We are going through a huge transition in store to bring all of Menswear together on one floor and create an unrivalled customer experience.  We work collaboratively with Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Events so there is always a lot going on; time management and prioritisation is essential. Just like the brands we work with, we have high expectations and take pride in everything we do.
