Chef de Partie - Production Kitchen

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, exclusive dining brands and unique food halls than any other location in the UK. 

As a Chef De Partie, you will be joining a passionate, supportive, and award-winning production kitchen, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store. 

About the Role 

As a Chef de Partie in our Production Kitchen, you’ll be part of a team that ensures that our world-class food halls and deli counters are stocked with mesmerizing products ready for our customers to take away and serve at home, each and every day. Your role is to act as a vital part of the team by ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the Sous Chef and other team members. 

You’ll actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the operational requirements of the day as required. You’ll assist the management in planning and forecasting of stock and orders, also supporting with the organisation, stock rotation and labelling of food stored. You’ll guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all-food related outlets.

About You 

You’ll have a strong track record of time spent within a professional kitchen, managing your own section ideally within a prestigious 5* hotel, cruise ship or other high volume catering environment. 

You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels. Having good PC literacy is a must.
