Bio

Hi there, it’s Nicola here. I’m a Resourcing partner at Harrods. My role is to identify, recruit and on-board the very best chef talent to work within our world-renowned kitchens. Spanning multiple in-store outlets, our Chefs produce some of the very best food London has to offer, from decadent afternoon teas and Michelin star menus to luxury food to go. Every day, I have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Chefs to make sure each of our superstar candidates has the best possible experience to ensure a smooth transition into our business. Outside of Harrods, if I’m not found dining out at one of London’s other amazing restaurants or sipping on a cocktail or two, I’ll be breaking a sweat down at the gym trying out the newest fitness craze.

My favourite part of the store is the Egyptian escalator - it really is a WOW piece when you see it for the first time. In particular I love the starry night constellations on the ceiling and that the escalators run at the same speed as the River Nile! It’s my favourite fun fact to tell my friends who come to visit.
