About You

You are organised, driven and thrive working within a fast paced environment. You take time to listen to customers carefully and attend to their needs to exceed their expectations. You will have exceptional communication skills and an impeccable telephone manner.

You remain calm and composed under pressure and have a passion for providing the highest level of customer service.

What to Expect

Working within our Food Orders and Hampers area within the Food Halls over the busy festive period you will manage the Food Orders booking system whilst sending email confirmations and dealing with special requests and queries.

What is important?

You will have a customer service background, an understanding of our brand values, a passion for food and plenty of festive cheer!

Being fully flexible to work on a shift basis is essential. You must be available to work until 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st December and 1st January.
