Commercial Insight Manager FTC

Reporting into the Head of Insight, the Commercial Insight Manager will be required to proactively support the Private Shopping and Elite management team, providing analytical insight to help support strategic business decisions and drive trade, retention and client lifetime in Harrods. With a strong understanding of the UHNW client, the role will also use data, insight and suggest actions and input into the Harrods UHNW strategy and associated business wide projects.  

About Us

Our Ultra High Net Worth customer base is key to the success of our business. This role is a critical in ensuring we understand that customer in the deepest way. This role has two key parts; providing direct day to day commercial insight for the Private Shopping and Elite business; and using that client insight to support for Harrods HNW strategy overall.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering and maintaining regular and strategic reporting for the Private Shopping and Elite client base to the wider business and senior stakeholders
• Developing a thorough and in-depth knowledge of Private Shopping portfolio working with team members within the Private Shopping team to build relationships and gain insight.
• Using client analysis and insight to work with the Head of Private Shopping and Elite to influence the UHNW strategy and Private shopping Objectives.
• Owning the data, reporting and analytical workstreams on new Private Shopping and Elite initiatives to drive commercial results and an unsurpassed client experience.
• Driving a culture of data led decisions across Private Shopping and Elite.
• Acting as the point of contact within Insight in relation to UHNW customer strategy for key stakeholders across the business.
• Presenting across the business at senior level all findings from the data and insight produced to support key UHNW strategies.
• Providing suggestions around “what’s next” for all reported data and insight to drive a streamlined output for Private Shopping and the wider HNW strategy that will produce results for the business.
• Project managing the Insight workstream on business wide projects in relation to the HNW customer, examples include wealth identification and pipeline management.
• Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

About You

• You will have a wealth of experience managing insights for Ultra High Net Worth customers.
• You will understand that demographic and be well connected in that area.
• You will have strong experience in gathering, building and communicating reports and well as delivering a world class output of reporting and analysis by ensuring that the work is client focussed as a priority.
• You’ll be well practiced in owning a data and insights focused culture and understanding of UHNW market through their presence in the Department and with the Private Shopping sales team communicating, creating and suggesting action on all data and insight.
