We have an exciting opportunity for a Copywriter to join our fantastic Studio team here at Harrods. We are looking for someone to support the wider team, writing up to 40 product descriptions a day across all of our luxury categories – fashion, accessories, childrenswear, home, food, and more.
We currently have two roles available within this team at our City Road Studio.
About the Role
As a Copywriter, you will be working with a team of Copywriters and Senior Copywriters to ensure our harrods.com is to the highest standard for our customers. You will be writing up to 40 succinct, accurate, and commercially focused product descriptions, highlighting key features to engage the harrods.com customer.
As a junior member of the team, you will be the champion of the harrods.com tone of voice and maintain a high level of spelling and grammar at all times, paying close attention to detail. Working with our world-class brand offering, you will be building an extensive knowledge of terminology across all categories.
About You
The successful Copywriter will have a passion for writing and will have some evidence of previous work experience or previous work around writing.
You will have strong IT skills and some experience using CMS would be preferrable. You work well in a team and are comfortable building great relationships across the business. You are able to work to strict time scales, and thrive under pressure. You are highly organised, and have a strong attention to detail.
