Corporate Partnerships Manager

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be working with the General Manager, Corporate Partnerships to spearhead the development of Corporate Partnerships strategy, to drive incremental revenue and acquire high spending customers for Harrods. In addition, the role will deliver first class account management for our existing Harrods Charge card portfolio.

As part of our Corporate Partnerships Team, you will lead and manage the Harrods Charge card portfolio by liaising with card network partner, ensuring the annual acquisition and spending target is reached. Additionally, you will proactively manage portfolio budgets, monitor and report on corporate partnership income generation or new customers acquisition, including partner pipeline, new partnership established and the status of existing partnerships to ensure targets are delivered.

About You

You will be a self-starter with strong data analysis and presentation skills. You will be excellent at building relationships, as well as an excellent communicator. Credit card or banking experience would be desirable and the same applies for financial modelling experience. Knowledge of Chinese language and experience with Chinese corporate partners would be desirable, but not essential. Success in this role will be achieved by ensuring card portfolio and other partner project targets are met.
