Creative Team Lead- 3 Month FTC

As a Creative Team Lead, you’ll lead and help oversee creative team output across harrods.com by ensuring a seamless, consistent and engaging brand experience for the customer. Reporting to the Head of Digital Design, you’ll drive engaging creative solutions from conception to production across a wide range of areas as well as help mentoring and inspiring the junior members of the team. You’ll act as guardian and champion of the online style guide by offering brainstorming and being a source of inspiration.

About you.

This role requires organisation, leadership, stakeholder management, great attention to detail and accuracy. You have proven experience in user design in an ecommerce/retail environment and you have knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology. You’ll have strong communication skills and be able to develop excellent relationships with all other departments such as Editorial, Marketing, Front End Dev, and Trade teams to ensure a unified approach.
