We are looking for an experienced Senior Insights Analyst who will use their creativity and initiative to help internal clients to explore new ways of communicating with our customers, and opportunities which will make a difference.

You will be supporting the Senior Loyalty and CRM Insights Manager in performing exploratory analysis, finding and recommending opportunities, and scoping requirements with other internal teams to drive projects forward. The business will consult with you to discover insight and receive suggestions that are realistic, actionable, and measurable.

About You

Thanks to your technical and analytical expertise, you will demonstrate a real understanding of how to translate business trends, challenges and opportunities into customer-centric solutions, keeping in mind the business opportunities and risks, and you’ll have no problem breaking down big problems in order to tackle them.

You should have the ability to identify key insights from large datasets and explain them concisely and clearly to a non-technical audience. You will have experience using customer or consumer data (Transactional, CRM, viewing, etc.), as well as significant experience measuring the performance of customer communications across multiple different delivery methods.

To be successful, you must have good knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Excel, SAS, Power BI, Tableau and will have strong coding skills (SQL, Python or R). Candidates with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computing or Science would be preferred.
