About the Role

The Customer Insights Analyst will use their analytical and commercial skills to support both internal and external stakeholders in understanding our customers and identifying opportunities that will deliver a business benefit or improve our customer experience.

This role will report to the Senior Analytics Manager, sitting in our Customer, Digital & Strategy directorate – part of our Brand Experience Division (BED). The role will be varied supporting stakeholders from across BED with marketing and partnerships performance. Armed with over a decade’s worth of data and best-in-class technology, with a store stocking everything from marmalade to yachts; no requests will ever be quite the same!

About You

You will be someone who is naturally curious, who thrives on being given an answer and identifying the most appropriate insights approach to meet the project objectives. You should be confident to challenge the business on their requirements and have strong storytelling and presentation skills. Furthermore, you will be agile and thrive in a fast-moving environment, equally happy tackling larger, more in-depth projects and quick turnaround ad hoc requests.

To be successful, you must have experience translating quantitative analysis into commercially valuable insights. You must have excellent knowledge of Excel, SQL, Powerpoint and using data visualisation software.
