Customer Research Executive

About You

The successful candidate must have experience of market research, either through work or academic studies, and have an interest in developing a career in market or customer research and preferably in the retail industry. You’ll need to have a positive, can-do attitude and comfortable with approaching and dealing with customers from all walks of life.

What to Expect

The role of Customer Research Executive is to support the Customer Research Manager and the Customer Research Team with all customer research related projects and tasks. You’ll gain exposure to and an in-depth understanding of Harrods customers by delivering ad hoc and regular customer surveys, questionnaires, focus groups and online feedback through to collating reports, results and findings. You will also gain exposure writing Campaign and Creative briefs, liaising with the different departments involved in recruiting Harrods customers to research session and build relationships at all levels across the business.
