Digital Project Manager

About You

You are an experienced Digital Project Manager, comfortable with managing project based work. You will be confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You must have very strong organisational skills and will need to be firm yet fair in all situations and understand the changing environment. Most importantly, you will have experience of:

- Managing the workflow through a e-commerce design team.

- Allocating work to individuals taking into consideration individual abilities and existing workload.

- Owning and ensuring the Creative Briefing process is followed

What to Expect

The Digital Project Manager manages and co-ordinates all the various BAU, Project and Campaign work for the Harrods.com site.

- You will own and manage the BAU site updates and requests on a weekly basis

- You’ll provide frequent status of timeline and progress on all assigned projects.

- You will understand the changing landscape of work and identify and flag when contract resource might be required.

- You will work with the Project stakeholders to ensure that WIP and sign offs are occurring when they should be
