You will provide vital administrative support, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through the supply chain, in order to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Quickly developing a well-rounded knowledge of your area and operations of the Thatcham site, you will support your area to ensure continued success.

To ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely matter, you must possess excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Acknowledging priority requests, you will have the adaptability to manage shifting priorities, maintaining exceptional attention to detail at all times.

With a strong customer service focus, you will deal with both internal and external parties confidently and professionally. Your excellent communication skills will be required to liaise effectively across the business and with customers, and you will build strong working relationships in order to aid query resolution.

Previous experience with using SAP systems is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the successful candidate. As you will be supporting the operations of the distribution centre, you will be able to be flexible in your working hours, covering nights and occasional weekends.
