Drybar Stylist

We’re currently looking for a Drybar Stylist to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty family in Gateshead. Whether you’re looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.

H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with a champagne bar, blow dry bar, interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for providing a first-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and H beauty brand.

About You 

Exclusive to Harrods and H beauty, Drybar offers an elevated blow-dry experience for every occasion. The ideal candidate will have excellent client experience, perform the highest quality of service, and follow the Drybar Stylist non-negotiables while contributing to the overall success of the team and the salon. 

You 'll Also: 

- Be passionate about the beauty industry, with experience working in a busy hair salon or similar environment.
- Display a “can do” attitude, ensuring Drybar standards are always upheld.
- Have both functional and technical knowledge/skills to perform a blowout to Drybar standards. 
- Be open to receiving constructive feedback, coaching and excited to learn.
- NVQ Level 2 qualification is desirable, but not essential.
