Are you people focused and service driven?

We are looking for an exceptional Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team.

You will provide successful solutions to all employee relations issues and line manager queries surrounding any aspect of HR policy and process, with a particular focus on resolution. Thriving in a fast paced working environment, you provide relations advice and resolution in line with policy, in an accurate and timely manner.

You will have a natural ability to build positive relationships with line managers and employees, striving to improve the execution of HR policy and processes within the business. Thanks to your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will deliver the customer service for which we are renowned to our internal employees.

To be successful, you will have Employee Relations experience and expert knowledge of HR policy and processes. You will be able to draw on CIPD and law updates to remain credible and influence decisions confidently.
