Events Assistant

About You

You are passionate about delivering exceptional events! You will are hard worker with enthusiasm and a drive for success.  You will have had practical experience as in the events industry, or alternatively a qualification in this area. You will have excellent attention to detail and take pride in what you do.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills as you will be liaising with internal teams such as Engineering, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Buying,

Sign Studio, Distribution, Banqueting, Finance, Creative, Store Services, Store Operations, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Press Office, Marketing, CRM, etc, as well as clients externally.

What to Expect

You will be supporting the Events Executive with all aspects of event operations and administration, providing support across multiple projects at a time, delivering within the deadline and to ‘Harrods’ Standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring the events run successfully and that the results of the event (Sales, Social Media coverage etc.) are documented and delivered to the Events Executive in a timely fashion.

You will be the go to person to assist with all aspects of events across all categories, from set up through to delivery and break down.

Please note, with the nature of an events role, you may be required to work occasional weekends and evenings where you will be given your time back in lieu.
