Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a Fashion Fitter to join our Bespoke Alterations team. This is an exciting opportunity to explore your passion in fashion fittings through working across a broad range of luxurious apparel whilst providing seamless experiences for our customers.
About the Role
The Fashion Fitters role is to provide a professional, effective and efficient fitting service for the support of the fashion sales team in order to maximise sales and enhance the customer experience. With the ability to fit all types of garments across a variety of fabrics and styles. Whilst not carrying out fittings, Fashion Fitters will be required to carry out basic alterations.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently perform fittings on all garments, across a variety of fabrics and styles for both menswear and womenswear garments.
- Carry out basic alterations on garments when not fitting including resizing and restructuring
- Completing all supporting documentation and system updates while maintaining strict quality control standards.
- Ensuring all alterations are correctly charged for at the point of sale due to knowing how the alteration will be carried out and the length of time it will take the Tailor to complete.
- Where required, support in upskilling the fashion sales team to carry our basic fittings themselves.
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You
You are a dedicated professional with a passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. With experience in both men’s and women’s garments, you have a deep understanding of effective fitting services to maximise sales and enhance our customers experience.
You will also:
- Have a customer-focused mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Have proven fitting experience, demonstrating versatility across different garments and fabrics
- Excel in a collaborative team environment while also working independently when required
- Demonstrate a high level of productivity and consistency
