Fashion Sales Associate - Womenswear Lingerie

Our Harrods Womenswear department is looking for outgoing, creative and engaging Sales Associates, creating a magical, personalised experience for our customers, whilst being a leading destination for the biggest brands. Our mission is to provide an inspiring experience for all our customers.

About the Role

Our Lingerie Sales Associates will be working with a multitude of world renowned brands, within our lingerie department, whilst demonstrating our core values and striving to make anything possible for our customers.

You will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service within Womenswear. This includes greeting customers, offering a personalised experience, assistance in selecting the perfect products for their needs, and maintaining the stores visual standards.

About You

You will be confident in carrying out exceptional service, this may include assisting clients, to meet their fashion needs, styling for exclusive events or simply bringing the Harrods magic to Womenswear.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with lingerie products. However we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you will need to be passionate about our people and Harrods, providing world class customer service and going above and beyond to create moments of delight. 

You will also:

• Be able to understand and asses customer needs, offer fashion advice and help them to find the perfect outfit.
• Provide product knowledge about our diverse range of swimwear.
• Assisting with inventory management, restocking and visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping environment.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Handling customer inquiries, returns and exchanges with professionalism and care.
