 About You

You have a true passion for food and customer service. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude, take pride in everything you do and have meticulous attention to detail. You will aim to provide the best experience to our customers, always going above and beyond to make their visit to Harrods Food Halls unforgettable.

What to Expect

The Food Demonstrator is the face of Harrods Food Halls and responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competitors. You will provide the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to maximise sales and create customer loyalty that leads to repeat business for Harrods. You will also spend 1 day per week in our Buying offices assisting the Buying Administration Manager to schedule suppliers, creation of monthly rota and checking stock.

We are in the midst of our “Taste Revolution” project which is keeping us exceptionally busy, but we are so excited to see the end result. We work collaboratively as a team and have built great relationships with the wider business.
