About You

We are looking for part time candidates with excellent customer service skills and a commercial mind. You will be a motivational team – player and deliver agreed sales KPI’s. A quick learner, you will build a strong, comprehensive knowledge of the brand and our products and in turn be a brand ambassador. Arabic or Mandarin speaking is esstential

What to Expect

The Fragrance brand is a unique concept in the Universe of the worldwide perfumery. Products inspiration from the culture in Argentina which provide native sough-after species, which make their products unique. They are opening a new concession in Harrods around June. You will be expect to work in a fast pace environment for their first store launch in UK, For the part time role, it will be 20 hours per week

What is important?

The Fragrance Consultant will be responsible for delivering sales targets in a specific store by making sure to execute in-store excellence and provide information to help customers to make the right choices. Personable and pro-active, you will ensure that every customer is approached and assisted, ensuring increased sales and customer loyalty. Furthermore, using your visual merchandising experience you will support the implementation of seasonal campaigns and ensure that the shop floor and back of house areas remain at a high standard at all times.
