Front of House and Reservations Advisor

Our Hair and Beauty Salon is looking for a Front of House and Reservations Advisor to manage their front of desk operations in a seamless manner.

The Salon itself is a serene and tranquil beauty space and the front desk is the central hub where all the activity happens, therefore the ability to work at a fast pace while delivering outstanding service is key.

About The Role 

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact within the salon, creating a warm and friendly environment. You will maintain efficient and effective communication etiquette, booking appointments using the relevant software and registering new clients.

You will maintain the highest level of confidentiality whilst establishing an excellent client rapport and solidifying a good working relationship with service providers. You will advise clients on the correct treatments and products.

About You 

You will have experience working within a luxury market with exposure to a high-end clientele, whilst upholding a high standard of discretion. You will be proficient in appointment booking and managing an organised calendar.

You will also need:

• Extensive knowledge of the treatments and products offered.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with full understanding of Hair and Beauty terminology.

• Experience in using standard industry software such as; Pabau and Core by Premier. 

• An understanding of client confidentiality and the legal practices within data handling and storage, specific to the medical field. 

• The ability to adapt and multitask various responsibilities.
