About You
You are a true leader. You have a lot of experience in working with stock in a high volume and fast paced environment. You’re also someone who loves to train and mentor a team. You think outside the box and you work collaboratively with other managers to improve and streamline processes.

What to Expect
This role is based in Knightsbridge in the busiest area of the store, the Gift Shop. As a Stock Operations Manager, you are tasked with the responsibility to ensure the smooth running of stock operations in the Gift Shop. Whilst coaching and mentoring a team of 6 day stock porters and 5 overnight stock porters, you also work collaboratively with the retail management team to ensure that your objectives are aligned. You will be required to work a mixture of early, mid and late shifts throughout the week and some weekends as well.  You may be required to work an odd overnight shift (2-3 times in a year). You will also be involved in project work. Time management in a very fasted paced environment is essential to excel in this role.
