Baccarat bar staff aren’t just bar staff, they’re expert mixologists bringing their passion and creativity to each customer creating intimate, unforgettable experiences.

By having a strong knowledge of the food menus and table plans, you’ll be confident to assist customer on all types of drink choices, paying attention to their tastes, profiles and glass choice.

You’ll also be confident using tills including processing payments for beverage, food and merchandise.

You will have had responsibility for areas such sales and profit, service and standards, marketing and brand awareness, and leadership.

You are an excellent communicator with your peers, management and stakeholders alike and have coached and trained members of the team , putting the appropriate frameworks in place to support learning, growth and change. You will be the voice of the bar team and are able to articulate this appropriately.

You will bring with you passion, and knowledge of the bar industry and of working with back of house teams to engineer menu development, pulling on latest trends and developments to compliment the consumer experience.

• The Head Bartender position offers a salary package of up to £45,600 per annum* (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge)

All staff in the Front of House team share the funds equally between members based on the number of hours worked including approved annual leave.
